Damage is not too high (for squishies)

Please hear me out. Assassins are meant to kill squishies when they're ahead by a few kills. A 0/1 Orianna should not be complaining when a Fizz with 4 kills 1-shots him. But like many other people, I think that damage is too high for a tank. Champs that abuse conquerer like Yasuo makes tanks absolutely useless. And all you have to do is reduce the amount of true damage conversion from 20% to 10%( or something like that). Keep the AD. Conquerer isn't the only problem, though. % armor pen sucks too. So for those that say that damage is too high because you got 1-shot, stop. You probably got 1-shot by a fed assassin.
