Is there any reason that some objectives could not lower death timers?

If tier 1 tower falls all death timers are reduced by 3 second2. If a tier 2 tower falls all death timers are reduced by 6 seconds. Inhib towers 10 seconds. Dragon and Baron 10 seconds. Inhibitors 20 seconds. Nexus towers are immediate respawn with a 30 second 'protect your base' buff that increases ad/ap for 20 seconds or out of combat.

Anything along these lines?

Now there is a slight meta game of "do we push waves into tower and farm jungle right now to deny, or do we push and let them respawn? Who has teleport up? is it ok to let them reduce timers since TP is on cd?

This would make it really hard for a team to say, take dragon. then mid tower en route to baron after 1 teamfight.
