Question regarding this game? @Riot aka china

I just got smacked with a 20 game chat restriction. Why? Not because I was "toxic" and raging, I was simply drunk and got to talking shit like any other 21 and over person does when they play league of legends. Not only do you have a mute button in games that people can use, you never once implemented a option to mute myself from anyone on league in fear I might get drunk tonight and snap on a bunch of kids who play your game. I demand you fix your game for kids because for one they are not paying for this game without an adult. Adults pay to play this game free to play or not. Its free to play because you get more people that way. You making less people want to play because more and more kids look to report then actually try harder in game muting you and prating on farming. I hope riot looks to pleasing the people who like to rank and take this game competative but all I see is a bunch of unskilled little kids who dont know any champion they play because they simply dont play 110+ games of a different champion.

step 1. Fix rank so YOUR stats are implicated to fitting YOUR rank not the past 10 games where you had 3 leavers a feeder and a few poor games. step 2. Only thing your game needs to report anyone for is cheating scripting yes its out there just google.com/leagueoflegendscheats (dont actually go I'm not even sure its real just using it as an example) .... step 3. Stop making champions i cant even remember what look like. step 4. Selling your company to china was a dumb move.
