@Riot : What about critical strikes ?

This is a subject that the community talks about since the release of the game and you almost never give us some feedback. Critical strikes are very frustrating to play against (1% crit chance rune sometimes insta win lanes, that riven with only yomumus that randomly crits you for 1k and deletes you and the list goes on) and also to play with (it feels bad to rely on rng to do damage when playing adc)

Please tell us what are you thoughts about it and if there are some planned changes for the future
