Draven and RFC (Needs QOL modifications)

There is something weird about dravens interaction with RFC. You cant cast the axe backwards after using the RFC charge. Or at least its too difficult to do so.

After you toss an axe, his range decreases and he immediately runs forward because there is still an attack command on that target in effect. This causes his axe to be directed forward about 90% of the time for me.
