lag

Is Loss Prevented option disabled? I just played the game and i had huge lag spikes. I checked my internet,it worked well. I turned on client and noticed that my chat was ok, but a lot of my friends from all around region had same problem, and ofc noone got prevented loss. Ty RIOT...
