i know how to fix the current insane damage state of the game

just remove 5 ms from every champ. or nerf their q by 0,25 cd. fixed.

and i bet the ppl who said "ARE YOU STUPID 5 MS IS AN INSANE NERF IT COMPLETELY CHANGES IRELIAS EARLYGAME" are now the ppl who will come in here and hate on me for making fun of them lol
