Looks like Ryze is dead now.
BTW Lee Sin and Nidalee have really trashy winrates as well, but no one really cares about them.

Play Ryze. I think these changes made him better. Different, but better. He's so much more of an early-game lane bully now.
Well, after some buffs, Veigar is decent now so I don't think that is correct.
Well the Problem with new Ryze is quiete the same as Veigars, he feels horrible in earlygame. x'D (Not THAT BAD - but still fun2play is a diffrent thing. ^^ at least for me).
