Idea's to balance ezreal without ruining ice born gauntlet or ezreal

Is anyone else tired of seeing + ?

Well what if they reduce the base damage on Ezreal's Q and increase its AD scaling? This way he has to make a choice between building and If he builds he gets to have damage if he builds he will have less damage but he gets a slow

And this will also be an early game nerf, because ezreals prefer to rush tear, and with the lower base damage and the fact that hes not building AD he should be weaker.

Another-way of balancing him would be to remove onhit effects from his Q and increasing its AD scaling to compensate. So he would do the same damage but wouldn't apply a slow on Q. But i highly doubt that will happen because riot likes to preserve the core identity for some champs and for ezreal its his Q applying on hit effects.

On a side note, is too strong on certain champions (ft. ) but many not so popular champions do rely on this item and every nerf to this item does affect them - ( ,

So right now, riot is in a balancing dilemma, every change they make in one place has a negative impact on another. To be fair they got themselves into this dilemma in the first place by messing around with the death timers.
