Trolls letting the timer count down just as the match is about to begin!!!

Then they leave? You can tell they Q select their champ or even ban if they are in that three spots. When it comes to the last seconds of the count down they leave or they don't the only champ they know how to play gets banned, so they leave shouldn't be in ranked anyway if you can only play one champ!!! Can we get an hour ban for that please? Whether they do it on purpose or if they have life issues they don't have time to play a match anyway and that hour will do them good!

As for ranked system can we also get a report for unskilled again that prevents players from Qing in ranked unless they bring their game up! Or base players on how well they do in a game so we can move up or get points more for that than the loss! I mean really it's about time don't you think with all the trolls out there that this type of system should be in place already for individual Q's.
