what is the point of this preseason if it solves none of the issues of last season?

infact it seems to enforce it. 950 gold for 5 plates + first turret gold, damage is still at an all time high, snowballing is at a NEW all time high(as if games really needed to be decided faster.), the same problematic champions from last season are still running a rampage this season, bot lane still an absolute mess. Trolls and afkers getting away with absolute murder, etc.

This game right now is honestly a Looney Tune fiesta very literally. all it needs is the music. season 9 is your last chance, get it together or the game WILL officially die this season. ive stuck with the BS for a long time but even with my patience i am at my limit of what i can take from this game.

one good thing came out of this entire patch, and that is shards, and only because of the resistance runes to TRY and mitigate some of this overloaded damage.
