PLZ REMOVE map specific nerfs for everyone with coming season

it`s disgusting to play a champ nerfed for the map (reasoning ) meanwhile he has been change and new season ,played toned down champ vs standard feels disgusting just for balance reasoning

one example :

talon Q is reduce by 5-30 dmg ,because burst ,like he is the only one he can do burst dmg.. then you said stealth was too strong on map ,so you added +10 s at all ranks ,that ult is 85 ,lasting 2..5 s

but then you have shaco which is way more slippery 10 s stealth lasting more ,aka 3.5 s

and there is more like renek losing 300 health and 30 magic dmg /s at max rank and not only

etc lets put that in patch notes ,make it bigger
