Riot: Illaoi needs a rework. She is too telegraphed

Anyone in Silver+ can just avoid 80% of her damage because her Animations are too slow and telegraphed.

Ult and everyone just leaves waiting for it to pass.

Q and they just side step (no boots needed) E is the same you can even walk directly away from her and not get hit.

W is her ONLY attack that does anything but if you have a brain and keep killing the Tentacles for 5gp it does small % of your hps mitigated by armor.

If you have CC just stun/root her when she uses Q or E or R because she is rooted in place from the animation.

Attack Speed slows make her basically unable to attack because he Base attack speed is SOOOO SLOW.
