Chroma Packs Problem

So, we all know that Chroma Packs didnt worked too well for Riot, thats why they didnt released them anymore. My suggestion is:

1. Reduce the prices for Chroma Packs or make them cost IP.
2. Or make the Chroma Packs actually good. Some of the Chroma Packs have great potential, so if you want to sell them for RP, then invest more time on making them better.
