Something to be careful of with the ideas of balance....

Many of the champions that people beg to get buffed are actually solid champions that are only weak due to the meta of the day. are both extremely powerful, but in a meta of midlane AD assassins and games decided by 30 minutes, these champs do not do well. When a champ gets reworked due to complaints and then the meta shifts later, the changes made can often cause a champ to be super lopsided. Also, unless Riot does a sweeping change to these champs, they will still have their same counters... And as long as the counters are the meta of the day, there is not a lot that can be done without making a champ totally broken or unrecognizable.
