I can't seem to find the answers to these questions anywhere so I thought I'd ask here

1.) The placements we are doing now for flex queue, will those carry over into the next season or is that there to stay for the remainder of next season? 2.) LP gains are starting out low in flex queue, is that how they will work at the start of the next season? (Normally the LP gains are higher) If someone could help me out with these id be eternally grateful :]
