So if all the top lane champions that are near unbeatable when played correctly are getting nerfed..

You can either touch him in lane or not. And for the mass majority of champions in top lane its the latter. When its the latter you dont actually start playing the game until 15 to 20 minutes after the game started with a gold deficiency unless you count sitting under tower just scraping for CS as playing the game praying to the rito gods that Jayce somehow fucks up bad enough that his knock back slow and speed boost isnt enough to save him.

Why is it that that whenever he is nerfed, its never anything about his kit and just numbers? I dont want to see the champion in a constant cycle of being trash or godly. I want him to VIABLE but not unstoppable vs almost anyone.

If Kalista can get a AA range nerf than why can't Jayce?
