Dem Fiora Tops in Proplay

Can Huni when playing Quinn and go toe and toe with Fiora top? Has he beaten Fiora top's before? I watched the IMT and CLG game and it is kinda hard to believe that just 2 kills to Fiora = CLG win. Why didn't Huni get any help against Fiora just to get him back up and dominating?
