Maw really needs to be gutted

You 100% cannot function as an AP carry when all of the enemy team's carries have Maw. The same goes for laning. If the enemy champion is AD (which it is in 9/10 games at Diamond) and builds a Maw, they become impossible to deal with as an AP carry.

Can we just remove this item? There's no reason for it to exist in this season.
