Is it even worth it?

Is playing ranked even worth it anymore? Everytime I get into a game I am faced with trolls or feeders. I have been fed every game but it does not matter when my entire team is 0/10. What is the point of this game if I just get a bunch of people who have no idea what they're doing? I have been demoted twice in the past two weeks due to no fault of my own. The last game I played, I went 13/4 in mid lane. The rest of my team gave at least 10 kills before ten minutes. Playing ranked is just asking for a loss nowadays. What are the incentives of playing ranked if I know 100% that im going to lose due to teammates?

Not to mention how boring the game gets after constantly losing. If you want to try something different, playing a new champion would be the best bet. However with how little IP you get, it is a massive grind to try to get 6300 IP. When you have to grind something that you don't have fun with, it makes for a bad experience.
