Soraka's Rejuvenation.

I'm not asking for buffs or nerfs, just a bit of clarity.

Specifically I was wondering if we could make soraka's Rejuvenation reflect on the hp/5 stat in the stat bar. Currently it doesn't, and I'm always curious to how much I'm being healed while under the effects of Rejuvenation. Would anyone else like this for clarity's sake? :)
