Riot- Can we get a new notification in-game?

We've all had those games- you know the ones- the ones where you're just completely destroyed 5 or 10 minutes in and have no real hope of recovering. In those games- there's really nothing left to do but wait for 20 minutes to surrender- barring a complete DC of the enemy team. I'm not asking for the surrender timer to be taken down- I just ask for an extra bit of joy for my truest hobby in LoL- FOOTBAWWWLLLLLLL!

If I manage to get one of these suckers in the enemy fountain- can I just get a notification? "You have warded the enemy fountain- now get back to playing the game." Any sort of sarcastic response will do- I just want a League equivalent to the Halo line about flipping an elephant. It's not something you're meant to do. It's not something you have to do. It's not something you should do. But if I do manage to pull it off- can I get something for it?
