Can There Be a Zero Tolerance Policy for Trolling in Ranked?

I don't mean unintentionally feeding, I mean people who go "K trolling" then walk down mid to give free kills then AFKs. This kind of thing, if proven beyond a reasonable doubt, needs a permaban.

It's WORSE than toxicity. It's WORSE than being sworn at. I can mute that. I can't un-f*ck my game after they ruin it.
