How to take Raptors based on their stats

How to take the raptors when you don't have the AoE damage to kill the small ones all at once:

Focus the small ones first so there aren't 5 things attacking you while you blindly auto the big one. or Smite the big one as part of your focus on it.

At the beginning, the little ones have 16 AD each: 16 x 5 = 80 and 225 HP each: 225 x 5 = 1125

The big one has 45 AD and 1200 health.

Not only is it easier to kill all five of the small ones before the big, but it saves you from taking much, much more damage.

This is in response to another thread where a video is posted that shows a really good player completely ignoring these stats and just focusing the big one without smiting it, taking half of his HP in damage because he made a simple mistake. The thread in question is acting as if this is the same case when you clear the camp correctly, which isn't true.
