My experience so far with pre-season changes.

Dark harvest , ofcourse how we can't mention this as first thing about pre-season easy to proc, easy to make tons of damage and easy to make every champion is busted.

Talking about busted champions, no point of dealing with them anymore either they banned or they rolling over your team with dark harvest.

And now moving to my favorite part, was kinda gutted and was strong but now thanks to change and dark harvest rolling on every jungle right now and is top 3 with 5 % pick rate to 53% win rate plus being stronger.

Now how riot was able to mess up the laning phase more, right by giving every snowball power from tower easily got to love to be inting right now.

And on side note, that bounty system sucks.
