Kassadin

Kassadin's always been strong, just not meta or contested. Lategame he can melt a carry no problem and then continue his spree if no one stops him, considering his ult has a 2 sec cd rank 3, it's kinda hard to lock him down, so yes he is a god late game.

every used-to-be-op champion has a bad early game and god late game. because they are balls of stats. like jax. kassadin also have no base damages. he needs items to scale into late game because he has the lowest base damage of any mage in the game. he is awful early game against champs that can harass him and outdamage him. which is like almost everyone in the mid lane. except probably lissandra he counters her really hard. i used to play him but its too much of a hassle tbh.

Eh his buffs really didn't change much. In fact I'm not too fond of that Q 5 damage nerf at level one, it seems to completely nullify the buff in the laning phase and lategame 15 more damage really isn't gonna cut it....

He's actually pretty strong if you know how to play him. If you pick him with a team that has a strong early game, you can single handedly guarantee that you will win late game.
