Fun champions aren't viable. Either you play adc or tank to have success. No more league for me.

That is why I stopped playing and watching league. Tanks and adcs are op and the only viable type of champions in this game. If you want to climb solo q it's either with these roles or other cheesy boring champions in other roles and specific ranks. I have been playing only for 1 year, but this is my conclusion at the moment. It's sad because there is so much potential, so many possibly fun champions, but if you want to climb seriously, in the long run they are not viable. You can get a tremendous lead with any champion but it does not really matter cause as soon as it's grouping time the more fed/better adc and the team with more cc/frontline just stomps you no matter how brain dead they are and how much better you are at the game. Maybe if things will change I might come back (and many more could as I know from friends/boards etc), I guess I might keep an eye on the next patches and be hopeful. They tried to "nerf" adcs but without success as the expected changes were actually a buff to their damage, especially against squishies (the most annoying part of their kit), so they delayed it and hopefully they will do some real changes. But still no changes in sight for tanks and it feels like they want to keep anyway adcs the kings of the game. I have made several long posts about how things should change in my opinion with suprisingly alternate responses (adcs becoming the tank busters and tanks becoming meat and cc shields but without delivering any sustained damage...) so I won't bring them here, if you want you can read the things I wrote in my profile. I believe this game needs real changes, meta breaking changes, not the small tweaks they have been doing so far, something big that revolutionatizes the game at the state it has been since I have started playing it, changing the immense relevance of adc, tanks and team fights (cause soloq is solo q and lcs will figure it out accordingly).

I have hope but things look grim and I don't see real changes at the horizon. I will keep an eye on the game possibly but for now I will play something else, something more fun and stimulating, something that will reward me for my abilities and not for exploiting only the most tedious, obnoxious and overlooked dominant parts of it.
