@RIOT Localize "Estimated Queue Time"

Is there any plan in the near future to make Estimated queue time show the time for players within tour 5 division tier (ie. gold plat master ect.) It is very frustrating having to restart the queue every 5 minutes because you think it is stuck when it says ETA 2 minutes. (even though the queue often does get stuck and when you re-queue you get a pop withing 30 seconds)
