Ping Going through the Roof

I mean comon Rito, I have been playing this for over a year. It has been on the same laptop, no new downloads, I have made more room in my memory, and I only have league open. My ping has always been low no matter who I play with or where I play. However, now my ping goes to like 200+ just randomly, whether I am in a group of other players or jungle farming by myself. It just spikes. Hell, I was trying to use the practice tool and SOMEHOW, even with no other players just me and the comp. I spiked to like 500. JUST ME. By myself. Please fix this, I checkedmy laptop, had an IT guy check my router, and had some friends look into it. It's not me.
