Viktor Build/Upgrade Order?

I want to start playing Viktor, but not sure how to build him. Which ability do you upgrade first when you upgrade your Hex Core? Also, when do you upgrade your Hex Core?

start: item 1056 item 2003

first back: item 1056 item 3196

rush: item 3128 item 3020 item 3089

build one core at your first back and ALWAYS get laser first. second is good around level 13-15 and i usually grab your power transfer because it makes your kiting ability and pursuing/escaping much better, last you should get at 16-18.

don't try to purchase them too close together because they scale with level

if they are building MR: item 3135

if sneaky ninjas ( Talon Zed Shaco ) are one shotting you: item 3157

you want some health or sticking power: item 3116

you want lots of waveclear and some pen + health: item 3151
