2016 Still cannot assign setups to champs?

Alright, so you start your game, and somebody dodges. Fine, right? Start another change roles another dodge. Okay.... back into queue start a game get ANOTHER dodger.....So after 4 or 5 potential matches its finally time to start, but wait! after changing roles 4 times you forget to change your champ setup to the appropriate lane. Now, before riot changed the function of mastery pages this wasn't a death sentence for lane phase but now, not have at least the right masterys makes a massive change in the flow of the lane for many reasons. Now im not saying i want them to change the champion setup, but what i do think is we should have the option to at least assign some type of setup to a champion possibly unlock-able with IP/RP. Nothing ruins a game more then having the jungler load up, and forget to change setups from support to jungler, or from ADC to AP mid. I know its not impossible for them to allow a pre-set system that applies to X amount of champs. I could see this becoming a major gauntlet if EVERY champ could be assign specific pages, and i dont want them either to remove the option of customizing your selection before the game to adjust to lane, but i do feel it is certainly within riots ability to allow maybe 10 champs per player to be assigned automatic runes masteries and summoners to prevent botched games via unchanged setups.

TL:DR

We should at least have the **OPTION **to assign runes, masteries, and summoners to champs instead of changing per game.
