Tweaking ARURF just a little? Maybe? Perhaps?

What if instead of a fully random choice, we get to choose our top ten champions, maybe top 5 if that isn't pushing it, and have that pool to be randomly selected from. I mean people who have played champions like Udyr in urf, though he is fun, know hard you take the loss with him. Long range champions who spam poke see very well to that. I mean sivir, azir, ezreal, etc, it's hard for a bear man these days.
