I dislike ADC but the only fun champ I like their is Jhin and Draven
Shen doe fun champ makes you look around the map all the times which is good
Jhin is one of the most fun champs in the game, that's all I know.
I would also suggest Jhin.
Shen feels weird to me after his rework. I honestly want to try and get better with him, but he feels like an awkward combination of fighter and tank. I've seen people play him very well and he can be strong, but personally, I don't really get it lol.
Jhin is honestly pretty straight forward, but he does have some unique play-styles/build paths. His kit is very satisfying.
Aren't they both free to play right now?

You should try him out before you purchase him. I'd be pretty confident that you will like him enough to pick up, but if you don't like him at all, you might save for someone else, or just blind take Shen. At least then you will have an idea about Jhin.
Leave out the fact that I'm an ad main but jhin hands down. I don't find many people who don't like jhin. Easy to farm with, massiverange kit and his 4th shot makes trades in lane easy. The massive amount of damage, although slow, feels satisfying every, single, time. Whether it's your 4thshot doing literally half the enemy ads health at level 2 or your cancerous ult that can pick off anything... you're in for a treat. You also scale so massively that playing other ad Champs feels weak when you go from 800 ad late builds to your typical every adc 300ad :c
Shen can be fun but lackluster for carrying game play compared to lots of other top laners. Team reliant, but a good thing if you have competent players. Your ultimate is strong, and possibly game changing but other than that you're just a taunt bot, and depend on your carries to follow through ;3
