Iron being at the bottom is foolish, it should be a paralel tier for experienced bronze

Seriously, if you were bronze or silver the year before you should go into iron,

second tier would become Brass, (Metallurgically meaning iron and bronze mixed), this would be the new tier two, then would be silver.

This would serve to make sure that those dudes who are getting placed for the first time sort of get eased into it in the bronze league, whereas the veterans of bronze can just stay with what they're doing, it'll fuck with smurfing too since smurfs are only around for so long,
