Spam pinging needs to be fixed

low silver ranked every game I play (once a day usually) I get people who spam ping, doing jungle camp they spam ping, ganking someone elses lane? spam ping. in a fight? spam ping. In the middle of a fight where I need to pay attention to visual cues then seeing this giant red blinking exclamation mark pop up in my face is vary distracting. And the BM spam ping after you die, spams the chat! vary annoying!
