Team rankeds?

Hello, first of all, forgive me if this question has been either ask/answered or if I've chosen wrong section to put this question in. The title is pretty much self explanatory - how do we play team rankeds?

I know you can invite your friends in what used to be solo Q so you basically gather your whole team, but, as we found out, you pretty much contribute towards your solo Q statistics, wins etc.

I guess it's awesome and so on, but there are still players who'd prefer to keep solo Q acutally a solo Q. Maybe just because I don't mind losing games with my ranked team as much as I do mind losing "solo" Q.

I was ranked gold V last season, that really is not much of an achievement but all of my friends in my team are more like bronze or silver at best. I really want to play team rankeds with them and help them achieve the best division as possible, but I don't want to suffer because they keep losing at bottom lane etc.

If this question has been already answered, sorry again. If there is a button to play team ranked with my team, with wins/loses actually counting towards my team's stat, I'd really appreciate if you'd tell me where this button is.
