Ezreal's Random

Basically on ezreal after shooting several times your enemy you can get a stuff:potions,elxir and etc.But most of items you usually want to get is the sack of gold,which actually is pretty ridiculous,not only of 40-110 gold,but most of all you can get that thing twice,three times in a row,yes,pretty rarely,but still.So my point is on Ezreal farming is pretty much RNG,not 100% thought (of course in the late game kleptomancy sucks,but ezreal also have a this issue sometimes against heavy tanks and painful crit adcs) so basically on ezreal your farm and opportunity to get ahead of enemy adc some kind RNG,that's not a huge issue,and of course enemies can play really smart by dodging your skill shots,but they cannot do that on 100%,so i think that kleptomancy should (or not,how you think ?) have some reward for your,maybe skill shooting combo on your enemy,and i want to at last ask you,again,i played on ezreal many times and i have (By 10 games) 7.1 cs on him,so the question is: this is not bad for a silver rank ?
