The Report Button

So I just dodged a game where we had two people fighting over toplane, and both refused to go anywhere else and both locked in champs and summoners for top. As I had yet to pick and was planning to jungle, I told the Fizz that I could pick him a support and I would Fizz jungle, or he could Fizz jungle, but that Gnar can't really jungle as well so best to let him go top. Needless to say, it didn't work out, so I just dodged and blocked communications with both of them. I would rather take the 4LP hit and wait a few moments than be stuck in a game with people like him.

However, this made me think. Why don't we have a way to report people in pre-game? (not that I was aiming to report these guys, but rather for serious instances of toxicity).

This could be especially useful as I imagine that the amount of poor behavior in champion select will be quite high for the first little while after TBDraft launches.

Just some thoughts from my head, feel free to discuss pros and cons below.
