@Riot Sotere concerning Rumble

I'm curious, what are the greater plans for AP Dot based champs like Rumble that are struggling currently? His inability to deal with health stacking Tanks, AP Carries, and metagolems makes him feel really bad to play outside of his early lane. Liandries starts to feel really ineffective against champs with a ton of MR and 4k health.
