than upgrade it to . Upgrading to hourglass makes me feel like i have to use its active for it to be useful to me. Usually I dont want to use it (or buy it) unless very special circumstances (like zed ult or dodging some gamechanging cc or soemthing. I would rather have some other form or armor and ap instead.
