please riot i beg you to buff graves critical strike point blank range play style

please please as a graves player building crit on graves is like getting punished for not going close enough when im not a tank and graves is so squishy and letality build isnt always good like what am i supposed to go against long ranged champs like xerath,tristana,vayne and alot more, so horrible they auto me before i can even get in range like atleast reward graves with something when he risks his squishy nature to go melee range with his shotgun,make him sort of like a tank busting champ? so he can actually fight in the frontline atleast? currently so many champions beat him at close range and long range and even mid range so why pick graves? please those buffs on his smokescreen is not going to even make him playable still because other adcs can just 3 auto but graves cant do that? he has weak early and weak late? what is that? hope you add something for him in patch 8.2
