Petition to nerf Jayce

i play a variety of top lane champs, mostly yasuo. but i never win lane against a jayce, he has to much poke potential and all in potential, his early damage in lane without any items, even starting long sword, his damage exceeds most other top laners who have a good early, he has massive melee dmg abilities and ranged poke and its far to strong on and unhealthy to actually be in the game, the same problem is with ekko and rengar but those champs get banned out, jayce slips through by not being 'meta' and then easily wins lane when not actually knowing what your doing and then proceeds to tp bot or roam mid and win the game, for his simpicity he should have much less dmg.
