Rito Why??

I believe that for ranked you should have to lock in your champ because if you don't lock in on time you get a 5 minute ban. With this 5 minute ban what are you supposed to do, oh yeah all you can do is sit and wait. Its not just locking in it is also banning. Pls Rito make it like the old days were if you have to lock in and ban just as the timer runs out it should instantly pick the champ you have picked or banned. This might not be a big problem but, it has been for me and I bet it has been for many others.
