Ludens isn't supposed to offer supreme burst because ap champs already have many burst options already.

Yeah if the calculations or right shiv does 400 or so bonus magic damage but are you really thinking about this?

Would you want to step on ziggs bombs and then get ulted and finished off by thunderlords, ludens and ziggs ult combo? Would you really like to give more free damage to champions that can kill you under your tower from theirs? Please realize that though shive deals more damage it's only in auto range that you really are gonna have problems. They can proc it on a wave and it hits you but that's why ludens is lower. It doesn't have to be the wave. The shear range of ap skills is why it's lower that and the fact that they're likely to be on champions running thunderlords which adcs can't realistically run on optimal builds.

If AP items are weak then discuss it by all means but please refrain from making up problems to support your argument.
