Idea to fix Afks

We have all had an afk in our games at one point, and its very frusturating because either the enemy team gets free towers or free jungle, and its impossible to win 90 percent of the time with afks. I understand sometimes things in real life happen and you HAVE to leave (after all, you are playing a video game, shit happens irl u gotta deal with). Ive got an idea from another game

I used to play Csgo and there is a thing called Esea, and basically heres what would happen if someone leaves/goes afk. The game would pause and you type /ringer in chat and another player takes the afk/disconnected players position.

This way, it makes it possible to win like a regular game. 4 other people shouldn’t have to suffer because someone had something to deal with, or got tilted. We need replacement players in LoL that are the same rank and stuff.

This works for CS:GO because all of the characters are essentially the same. The guns, while different, are also all basically the same function.

For this to work in League, you'd have to hope for someone of the same skill on that champion as the person who left, and you'd have to have them of the same actual skill...It'd just be a pain in the ass. And nearly impossible to implement fairly.
