Champion match ups are very uneven

Hello fellow summoners. I've never done this before so just bare with me and please do correct me if i am wrong or if theres any explanation to this matter. I am honestly irritated on the fact that most of the time when i play ARAM or the featured ARAM urf mode, the champion selections for me and for some other summoners are very uneven. I dont know if its how the system works, but if it is in that case it would really be helpful to get that matter fixed.
