I realize the difference and the fact that i will just have to run Sightstone and FotM if this stays the same. If it is intended than it was a mistake.
240hp execute is a joke late game as it was before the change to FotM due to the inherently higher difficulty and positional danger in achieving the items gold generation whereas both ToA and FQC earned their generation by simply playing their character and using their kits while changing nothing about their support play style. The kicker now is that ToA's and FQC's gold generation have been buffed at all stages of the item builds including the EyeStones. A bit hypocritical.
No, we should not be discussing the 2g per 10 buff and it has nothing to do with accessibility of procing the items charges if you are so feeling the urge to be pointless.
The decision between FotM and the Eyestone upgrade should be a choice simply between the shield and the ability to save an item slot efficiency just as it is between ToA//FQC choosing their offensive/defensive capabilities or slot efficiency.
I also think a reasonable execute range for the passive could hardly be considered an increased stat as you claim. No character receives dmg modifications, mitigation, or ...stats... from it and again, the heal is now less...
Idk why Riot is always so behind on this passive and it's trigger. It took much longer than it should have to even get the execute to 400 as is on FotM.
