The current bounty system is not helping comebacks and here is why:
All it ends up doing is making the losing teams gold distribution extremely lopsided. Which means there is only 1 player able to have an impact in teamfights, and all the other team has to do is shut him down. Usually the winning team will have 2 players fed and others not so far behind (usually 2k-4k for non supports). Meanwhile the losing team ends up having 1 guy 5k-8k ahead of every teammate. Considering it's the only comeback mechanic, it needs to be adjusted. I suggest reducing the kill bounty but increasing the assist pool on shutdown kills. Kill bounty: 300/450/600/700/800/900/1000 -> 300/400/500/600/650/700/750 (maximum gold off 1 kill is 750) Assist pool: 150 -> 150/200/250/300/325/350/375 That way, players who help the carry don't end up still struggling.
