ARAM rerrol

so yoi finnally gave us urf in a bit different shape then it used to be but i still like it. my problem is that i wanted to play my favorite champion if i had 20 champions i have very good chance to play him in like 10 atleast 1. But I have been playing LoL from the end of S1 (naut realese) and i have alll champions so can you give players who have more champions higher limit on rerrol like +1 /40 champions owned/possible to play (free rotation) to have higher chance play they favorite champion?
