My Thoughts On S8 (7 Years Of Playing) Please Read Through...

Ok. So I've played since the start of season 1. And I loved this game to death. I legitimately put my heart and soul into this game. The gameplay was crisp, fun, strategic, the community wasnt as bad, nothing was too RNG. Since season 5 landed, the game just seems to get worse and worse inside and out. I will say the quality of life changes are good, and the current in game concepts are decent. But as of now there are wayyyy too many different things going on, way to much damage happening. I'm going to jump straight to a point here.

I loved the concepts of (Early game/Mid game/Late game) champions...but I feel like you guys threw out the concept of how the champions themselves hit their spikes. In other words, your runes/masteries and items in the game need revamping someway or somehow. I don't understand how (everything here is in my own opinion, take it with a grain of salt) a champion like Vayne, for example, is able to out lane more than 60% of other marksman with ease...the whole point of Vayne was to have a struggle in lane (depending on who you are against) and if played correctly or carefully you would scale accordingly. I don't like the fact that I see a Vayne get a slight lead, and If she crits with the current mastery (press the attack) can potentially 4 shot someone...and a quarter of the time she is invisible.

People these days in many tiers are focusing on crushing lane, not worrying about team play, and are more focused on playing the game the way they want to play it. and only that. Just because of how their champion impacts their own insights. I am very underwhelmed in the direction that the changes are going.

I will also add that fights happen wayyyyy too quick. There is no balance at all. I've seen team comps that have the best synergy possible for a 5v5 and somehow (if the teams were even, and simulated to fight how they were supposed to i guess i can say) doesn't really even matter anymore. All this game is anymore is who has the 1 or 2 strongest champs in the game, get them fed. And the enemy will do their best to kill them and if they fail they lose the game.

I'm not here to complain. I am here to see if anyone else feels the same. I feel like a huge part of our community, gets ignored. I am also very. very, VEEEERY tired of getting trolled, teams afking, not having annnny sort of teamwork, etc, etc, ruining my games. And 80% of the time they know for a fact if they dont get punished often, they will slide away with it. Most times. I really hope you RIOT focuses more on listening to the community for better match made games, harder work on balancing. (Why is an 1-4 Zoe able to 1 shot my 3-0 adc with magic resist (he wasted gold technically and now we lost the game pretty much because you can't balance).

Again I'm not here to complain I just want answers or just to see if anyone else feels the same. I miss the old game, I miss the older community, I miss the feeling that if you play well you can win more games if you are consistent. I feel like at this point every game I go into the chances of losing is 70%... why am I getting paired with people CONSTANTLY who don't know the basics of league...I love this game, I really do, but I am losing interest...quick...and so will amny other people if the changes to the things that mean most in a game (a better banning system for trolls, afk, etc, a better matchmaking system you can base it off of consistency of stats so you aren't losing and getting paired with people who might be losing games they are supposed to lose. Me personally I am tired of losing multiple games over, and over and over again due to other layers not willing to play together. I'm not a perfect player, but I know damn well I don't deserve to be in Plat at all, when every season since Tiers came out I have been in D3+. I am actually disappointed I came to play the game to keep myself from decaying and all the sudden the player base is a shit show. And last but not least, please Riot, please. Focus on the balance of combat. I don't like seeing tanks die in 3 seconds without behind behind. I don't like seeing lategame hypercarries dominating teamfights 15 minutes into the game with 2 items with ease. I don't like playing ranked at all with a system that shuns players who still play consistent in their games and have nothing to show for it. People play for stats, so lets make stats means something more than just a grade...oh wait they are graded but sadly if you play decent on a champion, and your other 2 lanes get demolished and now you have to play super safe, not even really try to fight because you want to save your stats from falling, just so you can achieve an A+? Ok..cmon.
